Project Manager – Dot Smart Solutions

Project Manager
Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing projects in the field of security systems and fire protection, from planning through completion, in line with contractual deadlines and budgets
• Analyzing existing conditions and defining appropriate security system solutions in accordance with client requirements
• Supervising and executing works related to security systems, including video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, video/audio intercom systems, structured cabling, public address systems, fire alarm systems, and other related systems
• Participating in the preparation of project documentation
• Planning and monitoring project budgets, costs, deadlines, and resources
• Coordinating and managing project teams, including organizing the work of engineers, installers, and technicians
• Monitoring the quality of completed works and project implementation in accordance with contractual obligations and client requirements
• Coordinating required materials and supporting project documentation
• Providing regular reports on project status and implementation

Requirements:

• University or college degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar roles, including project management and/or project implementation
• Preferably, relevant licenses in the field of security systems and fire protection (LT1, LT2, B2, B3)
• Preferably, relevant licenses issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers for design and execution of works
• Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is considered an advantage
• Strong management, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Valid Category B driving license
