This Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter: “Policy”) applies to all personal data collected by DOT NETWORKS DOO BEOGRAD as the data controller (hereinafter: “DOT NETWORKS” or “we”), whether you have provided your personal data directly to us or we obtained it in another manner.

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifiers, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

At DOT NETWORKS, we respect your privacy as our current or potential client, and we are also committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who entrust us with their personal data.

DOT NETWORKS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure proper communication with the competent data protection authority, manage complaints, handle breaches, and monitor regulatory changes.
