Public Procurement Coordinator

Belgrade, Serbia

 

 

Job Description:

  • Creation of offers for clients and documentation control
  • Collection and control of documentation for qualifications in various fields
  • Coordination of the work of the public procurement department with other departments/sectors in the company, as well as support in the work of business development managers
  • Monitoring of all newly announced acquisitions from all lines of business and in all markets of the company’s operations
  • Carrying out internal tasks and activities that are monitored by the project organization created by the business development manager
  • Analysis of the structure and quality of offers during the process of compiling offers to clients
  • Proactive review of business activities in order to reduce risks and increase productivity in the segment of operational and administrative work of the service
  • Direct participation in the creation of new solutions, products and services in the domain of responsibility
  • Maintaining and improving own technical competences in the domain of responsibility
  • Performing all other relevant duties as directed by the superior manager
  • Market analysis – analysis of competition and benchmark status of companies based on publicly available information, on all markets of the company’s operations
  • Assistance to business development managers in monitoring and regularly updating published public procurement plans and budgets in the state – public sector in all the company’s business markets

 

Requirements:

  • Higher professional education
  • Knowledge of the market and competition, challenges and foreseeable future trends
  • Advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of English language
