Our company participated again this year at the TELFOR 2023 Telecommunications Forum, where we were presented through our colleague Aleksandar Djurovic’s presentation, “Open RAN”.
Ljubinka Lutkić, Executive Director for Radio Communications, gave an introductory speech about the Roaming Networks company. Aleksandar opened the second day of this year’s forum by talking about trends in the mobile industry and focusing on Open RAN technology. He spoke about the possibilities and advantages of radio access networks compared to traditional wireless networks, but also about the challenges that a mobile operator may face when implementing open radio access networks.
TELFOR was held on November 21–22, 2023, in Belgrade.
