Roaming Networks Group HR Director, Dejan Jovetic, had the privilege to be a panelist at the 4. HRM Congress, which brought together more than 500 professionals from the HR community.
In the panel discussion, the topic was recruitment, creating alternative methods, including skills development, retraining, reskilling, internships and expanding the talent pool. On this occasion, Dejan shared with the audience his practice-based experiences and how Roaming Networks Group reaches the desired talents in these challenging times.
